Review: Daughter of the Siren Queen by Tricia Levenseller

IMG_4493.jpgShort synopsis: Alosa has all 3 map pieces, and now she will seek the treasure.

Initial Thoughts: I liked this, but not as much as DotPK. For some reason the ending felt like a bit of a let down.

Characters: 4 – Still love the characters! Though I found them a little more annoying this time, due to the “conflicts” in their relationship

Plot: 3 –  At first i though this would be exciting, but as the story moved on I realized it sort of lost some steam.

Originality: 4 – Still original, still love female pirates!

Predictability: 3 – Okay this one was again pretty predictable, more so than DotPK, but I think that is more because now I am familiar with the characters.

Romance: 3 –   Okay guys, enough already! I’m really tired of this “if I admit I love you I am weak” business.

World Building: 3 – This was done pretty well.  I am still slightly confused about the myth, and maybe that’s more my fault than anything, but I would have maybe liked some sort of “history” on time as a form currency.

Overall: 3

Still enjoyable, but I wanted more from this one.
