Review: Badd Medicine by Jasinda Wilder

Ramsey Badd, last of the triplets— the wild man. An explorer, hunter, outdoorsman, and avowed, die-hard bachelor, Ramsey has watched his brothers fall one by one for Alaskan beauties. He’s determined to resist. So is she—and she’s even wilder than he is.  (Goodreads)

This was a fun read

Let me start off by saying I have not read any of the other books in this series.  And next, I will tell you, that you certainly don’t need to.  Yes, I may have known the characters in the book a little better, but it certainly didn’t take anything away from my enjoyment of the book.

This is a cute quazi enemies to lovers book.  The characters weren’t really enemies, but I don’t know if I’d call them friends either.  As I mentioned earlier enemies to lovers is my favorite trope, and one of the reasons I like it so much is the strong women.  Izzy is no exception.  She’s tough and takes no nonsense and I loved that about her.

Ramsey was very cute and I could see why Izzy would have trouble not falling for him.  I really loved their dynamic.  I did think that the ending was rather abrupt, I would have liked a little more from them.  I also enjoyed the fact that unlike in many other books in this genre there wasn’t some crazy drama.   It was just two people getting to know each other.

Bottom Line

A fun fast read.

Overall: 3.5
